Walking Safaris
Step Into the Wild –
One Foot at a Time
Step into the wild – up close, raw, and real
There’s no deeper way to experience the wilderness than on foot. Our Walking Safaris are immersive, slow-paced journeys through some of Southern Africa’s most remote and pristine landscapes. With every step, you sharpen your senses — reading tracks, smelling wild herbs, and hearing the distant call of birds or baboons.
Led by highly qualified walking guides and trackers, these safaris allow you to witness the bush as part of it — no barriers, no engines, just you and the natural world. Encounters with big game are possible, but the focus is on the subtleties: the rustle of a lizard, the path of a dung beetle, the call of a fish eagle overhead.
- Small groups (max 4–6 guests)
- Often combined with fly-camps or rustic tented stays
- Best in Zambia, Greater Kruger, and remote conservancies
- Minimum fitness required, but not extreme
